Here's how to watermark using a couple of popular programs

Craft Artist (free version)
Blank project click on A 5 portrait or landscape
Choose the picture you want to watermark
Drag and move picture to fill the complete space
Repeat the insert picture step but this time choose your watermark
Drag and adjust the size of your watermark to where you want it
To save click on file scroll down to export and click on export as image
Click on jpeg and then click export
Last but not least give the image a name and then save in your watermarked picture file
Now here is how to use Water Marquee!
Go to www.watermarquee.com
Click try it free
Select images from your computer
Choose photo you want to watermark
Select this option to add your watermark
Select image
Normal watermark
Update
Click and drag to where you want it and then click save
Right click on picture and then save to your computer
